Vegetables come in various forms of leaves, roots, stems and inflorescences.

Of varying colors, these vegetables are the most important part of any diet.

It is vegetables that we get most of the minerals and vitamins vital to the proper functioning and health of the body, but not only, it is in these foods that we get a large part of phytochemicals with preventive health action.

Daily consumption should be around 5 to 8 servings of raw and cooked vegetables of various types of vegetables.
